The Hockey Winnipeg U14 Vice President’s Cup is for our top 2009-born male athletes and is scheduled from April 10-April 16 at Southdale arena (west rink). Male 2009-born AAA players are now eligible to register.
Each player in the Vice President’s Cup will participate in 2 on-ice development sessions during the first four days of the program and participate in 5 games during the final three days. All ice times are 1 hour in duration. There is a chance that players will also be participating in 1 off-ice development session as well (these details are still being determined). The top players from the Vice President’s Cup will be invited to participate in the Hockey Manitoba Director’s Cup tournament from April 28-April 30 at the Hockey For All Centre. Note, there will be an additional registration fee for the Hockey Manitoba Director’s Cup tournament.

Physical Literacy
What is physical literacy? Physical activity is a lot more fun when we’re physically literate. If we want children to be active for life, they need to develop physical literacy at a young age. Physicalliteracy.ca offers coaches, recreation professionals and health practitioners access to a wide range of resources that can help people become physically literate.

Each player in the U13 Prospects Cup will participate in 2 on-ice development sessions during the first four days of the program and participate in 5 games during the final three days. All ice times are 1 hour in duration. The top players from the Prospects Cup will be invited to participate in the Hockey Manitoba Rising Stars Plus+ tournament from April 28-April 30 at the Hockey For All Centre. Note, there will be an additional registration fee for the Hockey Manitoba Rising Stars Plus+ tournament.

The Hockey Winnipeg U13 Female Challenge Cup is for our top 2010 & 2011-born female athletes and is scheduled from April 3-April 9 at Gateway and St. Vital arenas. Female U13 AA players are now eligible to register.
Each player in the U13 Female Challenge Cup program will participate in 2 on-ice development sessions during the first four days of the program (at Gateway) and participate in 5 games during the final three days of the program (at St. Vital arena). All ice times are 1 hour in duration. The top players from the U13 Female Challenge Cup will be invited to participate in the Hockey Manitoba Female Prospects program from April 14-April 16 at Stride Place, Portage La Prairie. Note, there will be an additional registration fee for the Hockey Manitoba Female Prospects program.
